As the title of the book, "Alkalize or Die" implies, the body’s healthy state is an alkaline one. You may have heard the expression that disease stems from an acid (acidosis) state in the body. A number of authors and movements have addressed this by developing diets that teach you how to alkalinize the body with foods (see "Alkalize or Die" below). This was the only way until recently when the Japanese created a water treatment device that used a process of electrolysis to make either alkaline or acidic water

Acidosis can contribute to many physical problems, including candida and fatigue. Many health practitioners believe that a more alkaline environment is a key factor in good health. These drops will help you alkalize your body; just put two or more drops in an 8-oz. glass of water or other beverage. In addition, this modified sodium silicate product provides the silica the body needs to help restore bone and connective tissue. Silica also enhances hair, nails and skin. pH Plus is an excellent hydrator, meaning it helps the water to “cluster” and hydrate the body more efficiently at the cellular level.
