THERE ARE FOUR MAJOR FOUNDATIONS TO
ACHIEVING OPTIMUM HEALTH.
1) To detoxify the body in proper sequence
2) To balance and detoxify the
endocrine system. Instead of fighting 10,000 fires, if you balance the endocrine system, it is designed to maintain balance between all the organs and glands in the body.
3) Balance the body's pH. Most people are not maintaining an alkaline pH and they are subject to all the degenerative conditions caused from this basic imbalance. When the body is too acidic, enzymes do not function properly, oxygen levels run low,
and the cells in the body cannot hold a charge. The proper pH can be maintained through Superfood extracts,
Green Juices and Minerals.
4) Find a person's root constitution and bring it back into balance. Specific herbs can be used to bring an unbalanced constitution back into balance.
The three governing elements in the body are water, fire
and air. We are all born with a certain percentage of each of these elements. If, let's say, we are born with too much of one element and not enough of another, a root congenital imbalance is formed that will create a
number of weaknesses in the body. By correcting the root imbalance, we can thus restore a person back to optimum health. If we do not shift this root imbalance, we will be fighting against the strong force of nature
and not really be able to shift our health to it's ideal state.
Since we know we are living in a toxic world and we are not receiving the nutrition we need, I have found that all
people have a similar need to balance the pH, detox the body and receive some great nutrition. This is why I have assembled a
practitioner starter kit for my students to use in their clinics. This starter kit provides the essentials necessary for everyone to get started on my foundations.
The pH is adjusted by taking greens such as Tonic
Alchemy and minerals like Capra Whey minerals. Detoxification is done in sequence.
First we start with the colon using Laxa-Comfort to first regulate the bowels. Then we can start using Complete Colon Detox to pull toxins and debris from the body. Once the colon has been regulated and cleansed,
the kidney's are then disinfected and tonified. I use a product called Uri-Flush, and Ayurvedic Herbal Remedy
that not only cleanses the kidney's but the whole uri-genital tract, plus it can even dissolve kidney stones and calculi.
Only after the colon and kidney's are detoxed, can
we then move to the liver. Using herbs and a five day liver flush program, we can unclog fatty deposits and gallstones from the liver and gallbladder. After the liver is opened up, we can clean the blood with a powerful
Ayurvedic herbal formula called Blood Cleaner, then the Lymph System using Chinese herbs such as Rehmannia 6.
Once all the channels have been cleansed step
by step, then a person can do a whole "BODY PURE FLUSH." This flush is based on an ancient herbal body
flush that cleanses the body of lactic and uric acids and other toxins on a cellular level, giving the body a fresh, new start to rebuild.
Along with this starter kit, there are
other supplements that can help with common conditions that most people need to deal with. The first is fungal overgrowth (Candida), which is dealt with by using a product called Yeast Away. Instead of killing of the fungus, we can dissolve it by using high potency cellulase. In this way, the
client experiences less fungal die-off with less detox side effects.
Another adjunct is PCA-RX for clearing heavy metals. Also drainage remedies should be used. (Apex Energetics drainage remedies are recommended.)
